At Stormfront Studio, we are committed to creating a positive, respectful, safe and supportive environment for all athletes, families, coaches and staff.
This agreement outlines the expectations for all athletes and parents/guardians participating within Stormfront Studio programmes, classes, teams, events and competitions.

Athlete Agreement
As a Stormfront Studio athlete, I agree to:
Respect & Behaviour
* Treat coaches, staff, teammates, parents and officials with respect at all times
* Encourage and support teammates positively
* Use appropriate language and behaviour
* Refrain from bullying, gossip, intimidation or discrimination
* Demonstrate good sportsmanship both in and outside the studio

Attendance & Commitment
* Attend classes, practices, events and competitions regularly and on time
* Notify coaches in advance where possible if unable to attend
* Arrive prepared with the correct clothing, footwear, water and equipment
* Participate fully and give my best effort during sessions

Safety
* Follow all safety instructions from coaches and staff
* Never attempt skills without permission or supervision
* Inform coaches of any injuries, illnesses or medical concerns
* Help maintain a safe training environment

Social Media & Conduct
* Represent Stormfront Studio positively online and in public
* Avoid negative comments regarding teammates, staff or the studio
* Follow the studio’s Social Media Policy
* Understand that cyberbullying or inappropriate online behaviour may result in disciplinary action

Competitions & Events
* Behave respectfully at competitions and events
* Support all Stormfront Studio teams positively
* Follow instructions from coaches and event staff
* Wear uniform and merchandise appropriately where required

Parent/Guardian Agreement
As a parent/guardian of a Stormfront Studio athlete, I agree to:
Respect & Conduct
* Treat all athletes, coaches, staff, volunteers and families respectfully
* Promote positive sportsmanship and encouragement
* Avoid negative behaviour, gossip or public criticism
* Respect coaching decisions and competition procedures

Communication
* Communicate concerns appropriately and respectfully
* Follow studio communication procedures
* Avoid confronting coaches during classes, rehearsals or competitions
* Ensure contact information and medical details remain up to date

Attendance & Responsibilities
* Ensure athletes arrive on time and are collected promptly
* Ensure athletes are prepared for training and events
* Inform the studio of absences, injuries or relevant concerns
* Support the athlete’s commitment to their team and classes

Social Media
* Follow the studio’s Social Media Policy
* Avoid posting harmful, inappropriate or negative content relating to Stormfront Studio or its members
* Respect the privacy of all athletes and families

Safeguarding
* Support the studio’s safeguarding procedures and policies
* Report any safeguarding concerns appropriately
* Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

Failure to Follow This Agreement
Failure to follow this agreement may result in:
* Verbal or written warnings
* Temporary suspension from activities
* Removal from classes, teams or events
* Termination of membership in serious circumstances
Stormfront Studio reserves the right to take appropriate action where behaviour negatively impacts the safety, wellbeing or reputation of the studio or its members.

By participating in Stormfront Studio activities, both athletes and parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to follow this agreement.
